Instant Home Services Market Hits Fast Lane: Snabbit, Insta Help Cross Over 100,000 Daily Orders

The market of instant home services has hit an other milestone showcasing how these platforms are expanding to the daily needs of the customers.
Snabbit and Urban Company’s Insta Help both have crossed the 100,000 daily orders, highlighting the blistering pace at which the category is scaling as companies compete aggressively for customers.
As per the statements by both the companies, Snabbit now completes more than 115,000 jobs every day, while Urban Company announced that Insta Help crossed 100,000 delivered orders in a single day on August 2.
These platforms are offering the instant services at discounted rates as the Urban Company is offering 30 minutes of InstaHelp Standard for Rs 19, while 45-minute and one-hour bookings were priced at Rs 29.
Snabbit was offering one-hour booking slots for Rs 29 in some locations.
Job offering continues
These instant help companies have also said that they have registered significant number of hiring too in the recent period.
Snabbit said it crossed 4 million jobs in April-June 2026 period, with its burn per job falling below Rs 250 on net order value (NOV) of Rs 130.
Urban Company said that it completed 3.82 million jobs, with NOV of Rs 138 and adjusted EBITDA loss per order of Rs 346 during the April-June 2026 period for its InstaHelp business.
As per the reports, InstaHelp regained the lead in monthly orders in July, recording about 1.9 million orders. Snabbit recorded 1.85 million while Pronto also crossed 1.25 million monthly bookings for the first time.
