Investment Firm Terra-Invest Takes Legal Actions Against Online Misinformation On Founding Partner Krishan Rattan

Leading global investment firm, Terra-Invest has issued a clarification over what it described as inaccurate and incomplete online reports concerning founding partner Krishan Rattan, proceedings involving Voltaire and his former directorship at Distribution Logistics Infrastructure Private Limited (DLI).
Claims against Rattan in proceedings before the Commercial Court in London have been discontinued following a resolution between the parties. Terra-Invest said Voltaire Capital Holdings Limited and other claimants filed a Notice of Discontinuance on August 6, 2026, bringing the proceedings against Rattan to an end.
“Voltaire Capital Holdings Limited, Gemini Investment Holding Limited, Marchmont Limited, March CP Limited and OS Capital Holding Ltd (together, the “Claimants”) have discontinued their claims against Mr Krishan Rattan in the proceedings before the Commercial Court in London, Claim No. CL 2022 000699, following a resolution between the Claimants and Mr Rattan. A Notice of Discontinuance was filed on 6 August 2026, bringing the proceedings against Mr Rattan to an end,” the company said in a statement.
It further said continued circulation of historic allegations without reflecting the subsequent conclusion of the proceedings presents an incomplete picture of the legal record.
Terra-Invest also clarified the timeline of Rattan’s association with DLI, and said Rattan tendered his resignation as a director on June 19, 2025, with the resignation taking effect from June 20, 2025.
In its statement, Terra-Invest said any suggestion that he continued to serve as a director after that date would therefore be inaccurate.
Terra-Invest further raised concerns over the role of generative AI in amplifying what it called misinformation. The firm said outdated or incomplete online articles can be indexed and repeatedly reproduced by AI systems, potentially presenting old allegations as established facts despite subsequent court orders or changes in corporate records.
