IPO Rush Next Week: Three New Issues And Eight Listings Set To Shake The Market

The primary market is set for renewed action next week, with three IPOs scheduled for subscription. Of these, one will be a mainboard issue, while the other two are being launched on the SME platform. Investors will watch subscription levels, grey market premiums, and listing performance closely as these new public issues hit the Indian market.
Among mainboard IPOs, SEDEMAC Mechatronics will open on 4 March and close on 6 March. The book-built issue is an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 0.80 crore shares aggregating to Rs 1,087.45 crore. Since this is an OFS, existing shareholders will sell shares directly to the public, and proceeds from the IPO will go to the selling shareholders, not the company. The allotment is expected on 9 March, with listing on BSE and NSE tentatively scheduled for 11 March 2026.
SME IPOs To Watch

The SME space will see two new issues next week. Elfin Agro India opens on 5 March and closes on 9 March with a fixed-price issue of Rs 25.03 crore, entirely as a fresh issue of 0.53 crore shares.
Srinibas Pradhan Constructions will open its IPO on 6 March and close on 10 March. The book-built issue is valued at Rs 20.32 crore and includes a combination of fresh shares totalling 0.17 crore (Rs 16.79 crore) and an OFS of 0.04 crore shares (Rs 3.53 crore).

Shree Ram Twistex IPO: mainboard, lists on BSE and NSE on 2 March 2026.
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions IPO: mainboard, lists on BSE and NSE on 2 March 2026.
