XTRA PROTECTION – How does it work?
In situations such as market crash or extreme price correction, most of the retail investors face a significant drop in their holding and portfolio. In such situations, XTRA PROTECTION will allow any retail investor to recover upto 90% of their portfolio value depending on the length of their staking period of XTRA.FUND tokens.
How does XTRA PROTECTION work?
During a situation when the price of the XTRA.FUND Token drops – we compensate by releasing tokens to make up the difference. One key piece here is that XTRA PROTECTION consists of 80% of all XTRA.FUND Tokens in circulation. Moreover, in practice, it is fully decentralized and managed by a smart contract. A significant role is played by an automated algorithm whose task is, among other things, to compensate for drops in the token price and protect the original value of the investment.

The decentralized algorithm responsible for investment protection adapts directly to current market conditions. XTRA FUND Modeling for Bear Market
In bear market, XTRA.FUND implemented a decentralized algorithm which offset the depreciated value by releasing the amount of tokens equivalent to percentage drop in the value. This smart contract triggers when the user has staked the XTRA.FUND Token for a minimum of 10 to 365 days to recover at least 50%. Users can also increase the length of staking period by 3651 to 6666 days to cover upto 90% of the depreciating value.

Through our partnerships with loan companies in the traditional finance space, we seek out markets with the highest returns to give XTRA.FUND the highest APYs. As a result, users can expect a competitive range from 14.7% to 45.2% per annum.
