Bern, Switzerland, 2nd January 2023, ZEXPRWIRE, DCOMY, a new web 3.0 project, is set to revolutionise the decentralised economy by offering a prominent indexer that acts as a gateway for various major smart contract platforms. This all-in-one gateway will track and index these platforms, providing users with a Google-like interface for accessing DApps and other on-chain information.
Building atop its indexing capabilities, DCOMY has developed two specific applications, namely an Atomic Cross-Chain Swap and a Privacy-Preserving Crypto-Currency Mixer.Â
DCOMY’s Atomic Cross-Chain Swap allows for the exchange of assets across multiple blockchains through a distributed coordination process. Unlike many other solutions that require a trusted third party to facilitate the swap, DCOMY uses a provably-secure cryptographic approach. This involves the use of a Hashed Timelock Contract, which acts as a virtual safe and requires both parties to confirm receipt of funds within a certain timeframe. By utilising this method, traders can perform cross-chain trades without relying on centralised platforms.Â
DCOMY has also developed a Privacy-Preserving Crypto-Currency Mixer that allows for the secure handling of privileged information in decentralised systems. This mixer uses a new design point to provide a mixing protocol and system that can withstand adversarial operators who may try to steal coins or violate anonymity guarantees. This ensures that information is only accessible to relevant parties and is not publicly visible to anyone else.
All on-chain activities in DCOMY will be facilitated using the ERC-20 utility token DCO. This token will be used to pay for all on-chain activities on multiple blockchains, with part of the collected DCO being automatically converted to the native currencies of the underlying blockchains to be consumed by miners and validators.
The DCO Offering will begin this January and will last for approximately three months. This will include an IEO on the P2B exchange, giving users the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this exciting new project.
